What is your return policy?
We accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased directly from ept.store that we receive within 15 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) to our warehouse in The Netherlands. When initiating your return, please send an email to euadmin@eastpacific-trade.com. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
