The DIVE WR in black black brings East Pacific Trade’s signature design into a water-resistant form. Featuring a vinyl-printed side panel for added durability, this understated all-black trainer merges everyday function with clean, street-ready appeal.

A stacked vulcanized sole with a flared outline ensures added stability, complemented by crepe-textured foxing tape and a smooth rubber toe for a distinct touch. Inside, the proprietary 4-layer Dual Soft Impact Ortholite® insole with reactive EVA delivers lasting comfort, while internal ankle padding ensures a soft and secure fit.

1. What are the return conditions? 

Only items returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original box (undamaged box) will be accepted. 

Returns are free within the EU from 100€ purchases.

Orders placed on the website cannot be returned to the store. 

Please make your returns by following the online procedure only. For more information please see our returns policy. 

Credits offered as a commercial gesture are valid for 1 year and are not refundable. 

 

Please note: In the event of payment with a credit, the refund will be made as a credit and cannot be refunded to the bank card used to pay for the online order. 

Orders placed on the site ept.store cannot be returned to store. Please only use the online procedure for returns.

To make an exchange on one or more items, we invite you to contact our Customer Service, by emailing us @ euadmin@eastpacific-trade.com


Only unworn items, returned in their original box (undamaged box), with the return slip downloadable from your customer area will be accepted.

 


4. How do I get a refund/credit for my returned order? 

To benefit from a refund or credit, the returned product or products must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged cannot be refunded or given a credit.From receipt of your return to our warehouse, the average processing time is 5 days worked (monday to Friday). 
 
 

Confirmation of your refund or edition of your credit will be notified to you by email. 

A credit note is valid for 1 year from its date of issueAssets created as a commercial gesture are not refundable. 
 

You will also be able to follow the progress of your return via your personal account, "Returns" section. 

 

5. Who covers the return costs? 

Returns are free within the EU for purchases over 100€. The amount of return costs depends on the country of return.
